These terms apply to adrianafornevada.com and to the text-message and email programs run by Adriana for Nevada ("the Campaign," "we," "us"). By using the site or joining a program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Text message program
Adriana for Nevada sends campaign updates, event and election reminders, volunteer opportunities, polling, and donation requests by text message. By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring calls and texts from Adriana for Nevada, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission.
You can unsubscribe from campaign emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message.
Donations
Donations are processed by WinRed under its own terms and privacy policy. Contributions to Adriana for Nevada are not tax-deductible and are subject to the limits and requirements of Nevada law.
Using this site
Please use this site lawfully. Do not try to interfere with its operation, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or submit false information through its forms.

Content on this site is provided by Adriana for Nevada. Please do not reuse it commercially, or in a way that suggests the Campaign’s endorsement, without our permission.
